Other seed fell on rocky ground where it didn’t have
much soil, and it grew up quickly since the soil wasn’t deep.
Dear friends, we are in a time of falling away. The danger
is that there are friends among us that do not even know they are in danger.
The cause? God’s Word in not rooted in their hearts. Instead they place faith
in churchianity, Apollos (popular leaders), or American politicians.
This is a time to examine our fruitfulness as believers not
to become part of the world! Where to start? Read God’s Word! Examine the
fruit. Here is a great place to start: Galatians 5:16-25.
The fruit of the Spirit is the evidence of God’s word working in your life:
Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love,
joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and
self-control. The law is not against such things.”
